New handicaps for the Dart 16

We now have SCHRS handicaps published for the Dart 16 and Dart 16X as below, these will be used for the T.T. Events.  

For club racing we have suggested proposed PY numbers; however these can only be made official by individual clubs sending their results into the RYA, so for this we need your help! Currently the only offcial PY published by the RYA is for a Standard Dart 16 at 850.

Single handed sailing (no jib) will have the same handicap as the equivalent double handed variant. 

The emphasis has been to keep to the minimum number of handicaps to avoid fragmenting the class.  It is worth noting that no account has currently been taken of the change in hull weight.  Laser have informed us that future production standard Dart 16 hulls will increase in weight again; it will therefore be too complicated to try and differentiate between the two.  Whilst this is not ideal we feel this course of action will be in the best interests of the class long term.
